Scotty Cameron Laguna 9/10 35″

The Scotty Cameron Classics Laguna is one of the great early Cameron blade shapes. Compact, flowing and unmistakably traditional, the Laguna has always appealed to players who prefer a clean blade with toe flow and a softer, more responsive feel.

This model is part of the 1997 Classics archive family, with Scotty Cameron describing the Laguna as a versatile head shape that came from the earlier Classic 2 and Classic 2.5 designs. It features a short, slightly offset neck, a single sightline, heel/toe weighting and the Laguna’s signature wide-toe, narrow-heel profile. The official archive lists the original model at 4° loft, 71° lie and 35″. 

The head presents in a deep black oxide/gun-blue style finish with crisp white Scotty Cameron and Titleist detailing. The face has a clean, traditional look with a single sightline on top for simple alignment. The putter is fitted with a black Scotty Cameron Custom Shop grip, giving it a strong custom collector look while still remaining fully playable.

This is the kind of putter that works both ways: it has the feel and balance to be gamed, but the early Titleist/Cameron look gives it genuine display value in a premium Scotty collection.

Listed as 9/10 condition. From the supplied photos, the head presents very well with strong paint-fill and clean overall cosmetics. The shaft/sticker area shows visible age marks, which is normal on many older Cameron putters but should be shown clearly in the listing. Confirm whether the original headcover is included, as this can improve collector value.

The Laguna has collector appeal because it is an early carbon-steel Cameron/Titleist shape with classic black oxide character. Scotty Cameron notes that most Titleist-produced Scotty putters from 1995 through 2008 were made from carbon steel, and collectors continue to value these older carbon-steel models for their feel, finish character and patina potential.
