These terms govern use of https://www.golfboutique.co.za/ and purchases from Golf Boutique (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or breach.

Products, pricing, availability

Images and descriptions are for identification; minor variations may occur. Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, specifications, promotions, or availability without notice. If a material pricing or stock error is discovered after your order, we may cancel and refund, or offer you the option to reconfirm at the correct price.

Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock limits, or payment failure.

Payment

Pay via the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store full card details. We may run anti-fraud checks and decline transactions at our discretion.

Delivery and risk

Delivery options, fees, and estimates are shown at checkout. Risk passes on delivery to your nominated address or collection point. Title passes on receipt of full payment. Inspect parcels on receipt and note visible damage with the courier. Missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or failure to collect may incur re-delivery fees.

Click & Collect or in-store Collection

Bring proof of identity and your order number. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded less reasonable costs after a reasonable period.

Returns, refunds, and your statutory rights (South Africa)

• Defects: Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), goods that are not of acceptable quality may be returned within six months of delivery for repair, replacement, or refund at our election, subject to inspection.
• Cooling-off: If you bought due to direct marketing, you may cancel within the statutory cooling-off period under the CPA by written notice. For electronic transactions, cooling-off rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) may apply, subject to exclusions.
• Exclusions: For hygiene or safety or value reasons, we do not accept returns of used items, consumables, personalised or special-order items, unless defective.

  with your order number, photos, and a description. We may require inspection or collection.
• Refund method: Back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we erred or the item is defective.

Manufacturer warranties

Some products carry manufacturer warranties with their own procedures. Follow the included instructions or contact us for assistance.

Promotions, coupons, and gift cards

• One promotion per order unless stated otherwise.
• Coupons are non-transferable, may have expiry dates or minimum spends, and can be withdrawn. Gift cards or vouchers are treated as cash equivalents, redeemable only on our site, non-refundable, and subject to expiry where permitted by law.

Pre-orders and special orders

Estimated dispatch dates are guidance only and may change. Pre-order deposits may be non-refundable unless we fail to supply within a reasonable time or as required by law.

User content and acceptable use

Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. Do not interfere with site operation, security, or other users. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, logos, product imagery, and copy are owned by us or our licensors. No license is granted except to browse the site and place orders. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or use content without written consent.

Privacy and cookies

Security

We use reasonable security measures, but internet transmission carries risk. You are responsible for secure device and network practices and strong passwords.

Third-party services and links

External links and embedded tools have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or the reasonable cost of replacing it, subject to non-excludable statutory rights.

Indemnity

You indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful use of the site, or infringement of third-party rights.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, lock-outs, pandemics, fires, floods, acts of God, war, supply-chain disruptions, government action, or power or telecom failures.

Governing law and dispute resolution

South African law governs these terms. The courts of South Africa have jurisdiction. This does not limit your right to approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the Information Regulator, where applicable.

Changes to these terms

We may update terms at any time by posting a new version on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
